Your tickets are contained in the confirmation email you received after purchase.
If you’re having trouble finding the confirmation email containing your tickets, follow these steps:
1. Using the search bar in your email, search for any of these phrases in bold:
- Your “Police State” Film Tickets
- From: Police State Film
- You can even search, in quotes “extremely limited event” or “you will not see police state listed on the marquee” – either of those phrases should pull your email right up.
- Important Note: for those with multiple tickets, be sure to select the “View All Tickets,” button provided in the confirmation email (not View Ticket”) before printing or texting to your mobile device.
2. If you don’t find the email in your inbox, try the same searches in your junk/spam folder.
3. If that still doesn’t work and you need them sent directly to you, our team is standing by to help - please email us at support@policestatefilm.net with the ticket buyer name and the email used during purchase. Our team can use that to resend your tickets via email and text along with replying with a direct link straight to your tickets for easiest access.
